Global Impact Sports - Policies

1. Registration Policy
  • All players must complete the online registration form before participating in any programs.
  • A registration fee must be paid at the time of signup to confirm your spot.
  • Accurate contact and emergency details must be provided during registration.
2. Payment Policy
  • Payments must be made in full before training sessions or programs begin.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved options.
  • Refunds will only be issued under special circumstances and must be requested in writing.
3. Attendance Policy
  • Players are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, matches, and events.
  • Prior notice must be given for absences; repeated absences without notice may result in suspension.
4. Code of Conduct
  • Respect for coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents is mandatory.
  • Unsportsmanlike behavior, foul language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
  • Violations may lead to disciplinary actions, including program removal.
5. Health & Safety Policy
  • All pre-existing medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed during registration.
  • Players must adhere to all safety guidelines during training and games.
  • First aid will be provided in case of injury, and emergency contacts will be notified.
6. Equipment Policy
  • Players must wear appropriate gear, including cleats, shin guards, and team kits, at all sessions.
  • Players are responsible for academy-provided equipment; lost or damaged items may incur fees.
7. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will only be considered for medical withdrawals with valid proof.
  • Partial refunds apply based on program duration. Registration fees are non-refundable once the program begins.
8. Photography and Media Policy
  • Photos and videos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes.
  • To opt-out, notify the academy in writing during registration.
9. Communication Policy
  • All updates, schedules, and notices will be sent via email, text, or the official academy platform.
  • Ensure contact details are current to receive timely updates.
10. Weather Policy
  • Training may be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather.
  • Notifications of cancellations will be shared via email, text, or the website.
